Refund policy
We have a same-day return policy on all live products. For all other products, you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, undamaged or as new, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are ineligible for return if more than 24 hours have passed since purchase, like perishable goods such as flowers and plants and custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For a quicker exchange, simply return your current item. Once we accept your return, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and approved your refund, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email us.
