Delivery Area
Currently, we offer delivery (no shipping) to businesses and residences within the Town of Telluride, the Town of Mountain Village, Aldasoro, Ski Ranches, and Placerville,
Processing Your Order
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which includes your order number and purchase summary. Delivery orders are processed within one business day. During peak periods, processing times may extend slightly. You will be notified if there are any delays with your order.
Delivery Order Minimum and Fee
The minimum order for delivery is $75, with a $35 delivery fee. Orders are delivered within 48 hours.
Delivery Issues
If you have any issue with your delivery, such as delayed delivery or a missing item, please contact us immediately via email or by calling (970) 729-8510. We will work diligently to resolve the issue.
Changes to Delivery Address
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within one day of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund. If you request a delivery at a time when you will not be able to accept the delivery within 24 hours, the condition of the plant will no longer be the responsibility of Telluride Garden Center. We will take pictures of the items delivered upon delivery so we have a record of the state of the plants at the time of delivery.
